More about me…
I came into the world as a surprise — an unexpected twin, born in Skopje, the capital of what is now North Macedonia. It’s a detail that still makes me smile, and one that somehow feels fitting for a life that has rarely gone exactly as planned.
Growing up in the Balkans meant growing up surrounded by ethnic turbulence, contested identities, and the messy, beautiful complexity of people trying to coexist. It was through experiential learning — not textbooks, but lived experience — that I first glimpsed something that would shape everything that followed: that we are all so much greater than the labels we place on ourselves and each other. I was 16 when that understanding landed in me, and I’ve never quite recovered from it.
From that moment, meaning became my compass. Not what happens to me, but what I choose to do with it. That sense of ownership — of responding rather than reacting — became the foundation of everything: my inner life, and eventually, my work. It drew me into youth work, coaching, training and leadership development, beginning with local activism as a volunteer and growing into a career spanning multinational projects on a global scale.

Along the way, I discovered something about myself: I come alive when I’m designing learning journeys and facilitating spaces where individual and collective potential gets to breathe. That spark took me to live, work and wander across many countries — and eventually led me to step out on my own as an independent consultant, so I could bring this work fully into its own.
Since then, I’ve led 50+ international conferences, retreats and blended learning journeys — virtual, in-person and everything in between — bringing together participants from across the world in spaces designed for psychological safety, real connection and growth. I partner with leaders and organisations to build high-performing teams, cultivate learning cultures, and create shifts that actually stick. My approach speaks to the whole person — mind, emotion and body — because I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t live in the head alone.
Though I feel like a global citizen, Amsterdam is home — where I live with my beloved husband and two adorable kids. My journey continues, as it always has, with a commitment to becoming more conscious every day. To being the designer of my own experience. To choosing, as often as I can, to act from a place of love, self-worth and abundance. I trust that life is in my favor — not only when it flows, but especially when it doesn’t. That’s when the real transformation happens.
