About me… Nina
As a learning designer, I conceptualize and facilitate transformational experiences that enable holistic personal growth, collaboration, co-creation, and innovation.
With 10+ years of experience working globally, I got the chance to design, co-create and catalyze learning solutions which put the user in the center and foster local ownership and leadership. In my approach I use tools and techniques from design thinking, applied creative facilitation, systems thinking and practice, mindfulness, embodiment etc. I design with purpose and deliver with intention in order to create meaningful experiences that go beyond achieving goals and offer a safe space for personal discovery, authenticity, creativity and wellbeing.
