Most gatherings leave people full of information but hungry for something more: real connection, a sense of being truly seen and heard. I design and facilitate spaces where that hunger gets met. Whether online, face-to-face, or hybrid, I curate experiences that move beyond the speaker-listener dynamic and invite everyone into the room, not just as attendees, but as co-creators.

I design and facilitate spaces where complexity can be explored without rushing to easy answers. Where differences are not smoothed over, but worked with. Where there is courage to name power, assumptions, and tensions so they don’t quietly derail the process.

My approach is highly participatory and grounded in lived experience. I come with strong process design, sharp listening, and the ability to sense what is happening beneath the surface and what the group wants to bring forward. Together, we make the implicit explicit — patterns, habits, unspoken expectations — so the group can move forward with more clarity and ownership.

I felt the team day really brought the team closer together, and the build up was really nice. The little ceremony at the end was way more than I expected, it was really moving. Nina’s vulnerability and sharing some of her own experiences created a unique space for joint learning.
