Leadership Development
Set off on a journey of personal discovery and accelerated growth.
I see leadership not as a role or position, but as a practice, a muscle that is continually conditioned by how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the systems we are part of. In times of uncertainty, this practice becomes even more critical. Rather than offering ready-made answers, I work as a thinking partner, helping leaders stay with uncertainty, ask better questions, and take small, intentional actions that build learning over time. Through reflection, dialogue, and experimentation, leaders develop the confidence to act even when outcomes are unclear, turning uncertainty into insight and insight into aligned, values-driven action.
My work with leaders is rooted in three interconnected dimensions:
- ME – Leading Self
Leadership begins with self-awareness. I support leaders to explore their own beliefs, values, habits, strengths, vulnerabilities, and triggers. By expanding awareness of their inner world – one thinks, reacts, and makes meaning or decisions – leaders gain greater choice in how they show up. This work builds the capacity to pause, reflect, and act with intention rather than defaulting to familiar patterns under pressure. - ME & YOU – Leading in Relationships
Leadership is relational. I work with leaders to strengthen the ways they connect with others, whether business partners, teammates, collaborators, or stakeholders. This includes brave conversations, navigating conflict constructively, giving and receiving feedback, and working productively across differences. Leaders learn how to build trust, mobilise others, and stay present in moments of tension and disagreement. - ME & THE SYSTEM – Leading in the System
Leadership is systemic. Embedded to lead within systems, whether teams, organizations, or industries, we explore how leaders understand and influence the organisational, cultural, and systemic context they operate within. This includes clarifying strategy and purpose, making sense of complexity, and leading organisations and businesses in ways that create lasting value, resilience, and impact.
Grounded in Adaptive Leadership
This approach is grounded in the Adaptive Leadership framework developed by Ronald Heifetz and Martin Linsky. Adaptive Leadership recognises that many of today’s challenges cannot be solved with technical expertise alone. They are adaptive challenges – complex, human, wicked, interconnected – and they require learning, experimentation, and shifts in mindset and behaviour.
What my clients say…
Emmar Sinnige
Communications Consultant
My journey with Nina has been incredibly valuable. She is very professional and thorough, and her warm and non judgmental personality allows for open conversations. She has given me great new perspectives, inspiration and guidance throughout the process. I am better able to deal with situations that I found emotionally difficult to, and am very grateful for Nina to have steered and guided that. It’s been an exciting leadership journey of change and a valuable experience of personal growth, thank you so much!
