Learning Experience Design

nina

Let’s design together learning that evolves with your organization.

Real learning shifts practice. It changes how people think, relate, decide, and lead — especially in complex and evolving environments.

I design learning ecosystems that support this kind of shift.A learning ecosystem goes beyond a single workshop or curriculum. It connects experiences over time, embeds reflection into real work, and builds the internal capacity needed for learning to continue long after a session ends. It evolves as context evolves. It enables scale without losing depth.

When I design learning ecosystems, I pay attention to:

  • How learning connects to everyday practice
  • How it evolves as context shifts
  • How peer learning and mentorship are embedded
  • How leadership behaviors are reinforced beyond the workshop
  • How internal facilitators are equipped to carry the work forward
  • How scale happens without losing depth

Every design is rooted in your specific context. I pay attention to pacing, flow, integration, and ownership — before, during, and after formal learning moments. The architecture matters as much as the content.

My approach is:

Experiential – People engage, experiment, reflect, and apply.

Relational – The group becomes part of the learning field.

Strategic – Every element is grounded in your real context, not generic frameworks.

Adaptive – The design can evolve as your organization evolves.

System-aware – We work with culture, power, habits, and structures — not just skills.

I design and deliver:

  • Leadership development journeys
  • Mentorship toolkits and facilitator guides
  • Team learning labs
  • Retreats and reflective strategy spaces
  • Curriculum for values-based and systems-informed leadership
  • Train-the-trainer and internal capacity building programs

Whether it’s a one-day intervention or a multi-year journey, I design for continuity, coherence, and ownership — so the learning doesn’t depend on me being in the room.

If you’re looking for more than content — if you’re ready to build the conditions for lasting change — let’s create the ecosystem together.

Nina has a lot of knowledge about her area of expertise and a can-do mentality which resulted in a lot of production work and a product to be proud of. She has strategic vision: both content-wise, linking the learning system to our scaling vision, as well as being strategic on how to get the right people on board. And finally, her work looks amazing and inviting, and she brings a lot of different skills in design and methods of delivery of learning content.
