Let’s get real – how many of us loved school growing up? This is probably because most of us have been brought up by an education system that belongs to a different era. Catering to industrial manufacturing, where one needs to be hard working, complacent, disciplined, and follow hierarchy, instruction, avoid failure at any cost and depend on external validation. Today’s world being ever more connected and complex requires not only a capacity of adaptive leadership, shifting of mindsets and different skills, but also unlearning and letting go of beliefs that no longer serve us.
I design curriculum and training that cater to skills and capacity for one to be able to live and make most of today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous reality. I truly believe that we need education and learning that caters to whole human beings, not only our minds. I use experiential learning, systems thinking and models of learning experience design to make learning diverse, engaging, creative, fun, meaningful, and relevant.
